Chloe Kiser is the Director of the Bloom Scholars Program at Valparaiso University, supporting first-generation and underrepresented students through a summer bridge and year-round success model. She teaches as adjunct faculty in Leadership Development, Graduate Studies, General Studies, and the Valparaiso University Experience. With nearly six years of teaching experience across K–12, undergraduate, and graduate levels, Chloe brings leadership experience from the hospitality and wellness industries, including The Walt Disney Company and Hilton Head Health. Known for innovative, student-centered course design, Chloe has developed courses such as Game Changers: Leadership, Service, and Impact in Sports and Leading through Change.
