Description

This project-based high school Spanish 1 course is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in the Spanish language and its culture. Through engaging projects, students will develop their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills while exploring the diversity of Spanish-speaking cultures. Projects might include creating a cultural presentation, conducting a basic conversation in Spanish, or writing a simple story in Spanish. By engaging in these projects, students will develop intercultural communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, as well as an understanding of the importance of cultural diversity. By the end of the course, students will have gained the skills necessary to communicate effectively in Spanish and a strong foundation for future study of the language.
