Getting started is simple! Follow these quick steps to sign up for personalized tutoring and unlock tailored support designed to help you succeed.

Visit the WorldOver Website to register.
Go to the WorldOver homepage and click Register on the top right corner

Choose Your Path
On the "Choose Your Path" section, select whether you want to register for Courses or Tutoring by clicking the respective option.

Browse & Select a Program
For Courses: Review the course offerings, check details, and click Enroll on your desired course. For Tutoring: Select your tutoring option and proceed with the personalized learning setup.

Complete Registration & Payment
Fill out your personal details, create your account (if you haven’t already), and complete payment to confirm your registration.

How do your live virtual and hybrid format options work?
Our live virtual classes offer interactive real-time sessions
with immediate feedback and peer collaboration. Our hybrid
format provides flexible, self-paced courses with pre-recorded
lessons guided by WorldOver facilitators, perfect for busy
schedules.
What grade levels do you serve?
We serve students from Grade 2 through high school with
comprehensive K-12 courses in core subjects including English
Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.
How do I enroll my student if I get an error message that they are already in
the system?
A student can use the same email address to register for multiple courses under one account.
If you receive an error that your student is already connected to an account, it may simply mean
that the email is already linked to their profile. In this case, you can proceed by selecting or
adding the new course under the same account. If you need assistance in managing multiple course
enrollments for the same student, please contact us.
Does my student need to take a placement test before enrolling?
No, students may enroll without a placement test. If a placement assessment is needed, it will be
administered before the course begins to ensure your student is in the appropriate level for optimal
learning success.
Are your courses accredited?
Yes, WorldOver International is accredited by the Western
Association of Schools and Colleges, ensuring our educational
programs meet high standards of quality and excellence.
How do I create an account and add a student?
To register for courses or tutoring, visit our
course catalog to browse available courses.
Once you click on Enroll, you will be taken directly to the checkout page
where you can enter your student’s details and complete the enrollment process.
When does enrollment open?
WorldOver International offers rolling enrollment throughout the year,
providing flexible start dates to accommodate your family's schedule. Most semester-based courses have
enrollment periods in July for Fall semester and December for Spring semester.
What are your withdrawal and refund policies?
We understand that circumstances change. Withdrawals can be processed through your WorldOver student
dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Refunds are available if requested within two weeks of the course start date. Full refunds are available
if the course has not begun.
For personalized tutoring, cancellations made 24 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling or refund.
