If the system indicates that your student is already connected to an account, it may be that a different email address was provided when the account was created. If you need assistance in adding your student to your account, please contact us

Does my student need to take a placement test before enrolling?
No, students may enroll without a placement test. If a placement assessment is needed, it will be administered before the course begins to ensure your student is in the appropriate level for optimal learning success.

How do I create an account and add a student?
A student can use the same email address to register for multiple courses under one account. If you receive an error that your student is already connected to an account, it may simply mean that the email is already linked to their profile. In this case, you can proceed by selecting or adding the new course under the same account. If you need assistance in managing multiple course enrollments for the same student, please contact us.

When does enrollment open?
WorldOver International offers rolling enrollment throughout the year, providing flexible start dates to accommodate your family's schedule. Most semester-based courses have enrollment periods in July for Fall semester and December for Spring semester.

What are your withdrawal and refund policies?
We understand that circumstances change. Withdrawals can be processed through your WorldOver student dashboard or by contacting our support team.
Refunds are available if requested within two weeks of the course start date. Full refunds are available if the course has not begun.
For personalized tutoring, cancellations made 24 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling or refund.
