Throughout the duration of the course, learners will have the opportunity to explore a wide variety of literary genres, such as non-fiction, poetry, drama, and fiction. They will undertake a detailed analysis of the language used in these texts, as well as the literary elements employed, to better understand how they contribute to the overall meaning of the works. In order to develop their writing skills, students will engage in various projects, including research papers, literary analysis essays, and argumentative writing tasks. Alongside refining their writing abilities, participants will also practice effective communication through active involvement in class discussions, collaborative group projects, and oral presentations. By the conclusion of the course, students will have significantly enhanced their capacity to analyze complex texts, write persuasively and effectively, and convey their ideas with clarity and confidence, thus preparing them for a successful academic and professional future beyond their high school education.
