Description

This project-based 7th-grade English language arts course is designed to align with Common Core Standards and provide students with a comprehensive understanding of key concepts in language, literature, and writing. Throughout the course, students will engage in a range of hands-on, inquiry-based activities that foster critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration. The curriculum will focus on developing students’ reading, writing, and communication skills through various projects, including literary analysis essays, creative writing pieces, and multimedia presentations. By the end of the course, students will have gained a deeper understanding of the elements of literature, various writing styles, and effective communication strategies, preparing them for success in both academic and real-world contexts.

A large pizza box to be used for a project later in the semester
